Bridge the Gap committee is designed to help the alcoholic coming out of a treatment facility or correctional facility to make a smooth transition into AA in our community. Taking the newly released person to a variety of meetings and getting him/her familiar with the AA community is a very rewarding AA service. |

The committee also receives and responds to emails sent to the website at aa_columbia_mo@hotmail.com. These emails cover a range of topics and sources, including people making their first contact with AA, travelers looking for a local meeting, and students & professionals inquiring about the AA program of recovery. |
